Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) is a unique type of non-digestible complex carbohydrate that holds water as it forms a gel in your digestive tract. This can have some rather profound effects on metabolism, including reducing total cholesterol,
lowering triglycerides, increasing HDL cholesterol, stabilising blood sugar response to a meal, reducing digestive inflammation, curbing appetite, and assisting weight loss efforts. This extremely unique fibre with its low viscosity, dissolves completely in water and has no taste, making it very easy to consume.

How To Use
How To Use
Start with 1/4 teaspoon and slowly build up to maximum dose.
- Start with ¼ teaspoon with a wet breakfast or in water/juice after breakfast. Continue for 3 consecutive days.
- If no change in stool type, increase to ½ teaspoon and continue for 3 consecutive days.
- If no change in stool type, increase again, to 1 level teaspoon for 3 consecutive days.
- If no change, increase to 1 heaped teaspoon, again 3 consecutive days.
- If there is still no change, increase to 2 level teaspoons.
The goal with these small increases is to find the extract does that works for your individual bowel. These doses are all safe and constipation risk is very low, as this is a gentle and soluble fibre.
