Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your appointment time to another patient.

Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $55 cancellation fee.

You can cancel your appointment by calling or texting us on 0404 191 231 or by replying to your appointment confirmation/reminder message.

As our administration team works part-time, messages may not be seen immediately. Your cancellation notice will be honoured from the time your message or voicemail is received—not from when it is read by our team. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as you know you're unable to attend your appointment.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In these situations, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the clinic.
