PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are packaged and dispatched Monday-Friday. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time during peak promotional and sale periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched from our clinic in Palmyra, Western Australia using Australia Post.

Standard - $11 flat rate, 2-7 business days

Express - $16 flat rate, 1-3 business days

FREE standard shipping on orders over $200

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer standard and express international shipping to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, the USA and Canada.

Shipping fees and times are dependent on your location and dimensions of your order. Fees will be calculated at the checkout.

DELIVERY

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier and may be impacted by public holidays, peak periods, weather events or circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly as we unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

Free click and collect is available from our clinic at 4 Antony Street, Palmyra, Western Australia.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup.
