How To Use

Heat Stickies are activated by exposure to air. Once you open the packet, the patch begins to warm up and provides consistent heat for up to 10 hours.

Simply position the patch over the area where you’d like warmth and let it provide soothing heat while you go about your day.

Important: Heat Stickies are designed to be applied to clothing only, not directly to the skin.

Patch dimensions: 30cm x 9.5cm

Ingredients

Iron powder, activated carbon, salt, vermiculite, resin and water.

Safety

  • Do not apply directly to the skin.
  • Do not use while sleeping or exercising.
  • Do not use on sensitive, irritated or damaged skin.
  • Do not apply over wounds, rashes or areas of inflammation.
  • Do not use with heating blankets, electric blankets or other heat sources.
  • Do not heat or reheat the patch. Doing so may cause it to catch fire.
  • Single-use only.
  • If you experience skin irritation, redness or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
  • Keep away from children and pets. If swallowed, rinse the mouth and seek medical advice or contact a Poisons Information Centre immediately.
  • Not recommended for pregnant people or those with poor circulation, diabetes or nerve damage.
  • Individuals with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities should only use the product with appropriate supervision.
  • Store unopened patches in a cool, dry place.
