Hi, I’m Asha — the Sexologist at Hug Pelvic Health.

I support sexual and relationship wellbeing across the lifespan, both in person and online. With a background in psychology and specialised training in sexology, I provide a safe, respectful, and evidence-based space to explore intimacy, pleasure, and connection.

I offer sex therapy, educational pleasure workshops, and professional development for health professionals. These conversations don’t have to feel awkward — they can be empowering. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
